  * 2008-05-16 - extruding CAPA but blobs often & host software tends to crash after a few minutes of 'printing'.
  * 2008-05-17 - updated PIC firmware (from today's svn) for steppers & extruder, seems stable
  * 2008-05-17 - extruder doesn't reach target temp (hovers around 75-85ºC) - replaced 22nf cap with 10nf cap. -> temp values -ve.
  * 2008-05-20 - parts for arduino based electronics arrived
  * 2008-05-23 - TODO: recalibrate extruder after changes & update settings.
