The climate is stable, the economy and other social structures are social, balanced and able to respond to changes - dynamic stability.

Whole village scale experiments in social, balanced living are taking place. People have time for long term developments and experiments, so we have large scale participation in social events, including experiments.

Our stories are epic, allowing long developments, ongoing creation. 
The optimism of the 1920s Soviet constructivist experiments has returned, with artistic, technical and other developments fostering social structures.
