Part of Family Residency Lies and Adi, prepared by Lies and Rasa for the crew of the Vooruit, during their appreciative inquiry workshop.

  • bread from Charli

Spreads

  • lentils fried in butter and cooked with bay leaves, finely chopped carrots + celery and leek sprouts
  • beetroot (steamed) blended with caraway seeds, orange juice, balsamic vinegar + apples and walnuts
  • nettles (steamed) blended with lime juice and oil

Soup

  • black beans, carrots, celery, garlic, chili served with sour cream salad
  • courgette and aubergine lightly fried in butter, with feta, curry leaves, garlic, basil
  • fermented cucumbers with chili and mint

Dessert

  • sour cream topped with red berries cooked til condensed with stevia sugar
  • corn, coated with salty butter, baked in the oven, served with black chocolate coating
