====Know-Hows====

Here is the documentation of making experiments I performed during my Transiency. Making seems to be a performance-enhancing activity complementary to mind-centered work. Increasing the amount of making activities in my schedule is therefore part of my research towards Self-Sufficiency as well as my research towards a more efficient and pleasant [[michka:daily_schedule_scheme|Daily Schedule Scheme]].

I prepared [[:michka/know-hows/tomatillo_chutney|Tomatillo's chutney]] out of green tomatillos which were kindly offered to me by [[http://opengreens.okno.be/person.php?id=85|Annemie]] after a day spent working in her [[http://annemariemaes.net/research/urban-corridors/urban-artfarm-2012/|rooftop garden]].

Being an absolute fan of [[:michka/cramique|cramique]], the famous raisins-containing Belgian brioche, I decided I would try to cook it myself.
