Power of the Mud

Paul Granjon & Michka Mélo, September 20th-22nd, 2017, Cardiff

Performance of our tuperware-based DIY MFCs

  • Some elements of performance of our DIY MFCs built in May.
  • According to Paul, our graphite-rods-electrodes with.out FeO2 and graphite-powder-electrodes with.out FeO2 gave similar performance results, i.e. a blink every second or so at top speed, with a start-up delay after assembly of roughly 3 days.
  • The only one which did not yield as good results was our home-made-graphite-felt-electrode.
