| Once all sessions have been posted on the scheduling board, the hosts step forward and briefly present the what they're planning to do, and others sign up to participate. When it is time, the hosts and participants go to their chosen workspaces and start their sessions. At the end of the session the host writes one to three main points/conclusions and posts them on the scheduling board.
