In 'Tasting tomorrow’ - a series of food futures events on the island of Malta - FoAM explores food as a manifestation of Maltese European diversity. What could thriving food cultures in Malta look like in the future? The exploration begins with fieldwork and mapping of interesting Maltese food initiatives focused on the wellbeing of people and the environment. The fieldwork forms the basis for a futuring exercise and food event in the spring of 2017.
