Most of edible mushrooms I've grown so far were wood-decomposes (Lentinus edodes, Pholiota nameko, Hypsizygus Ulmarius, Stropharia rugosoannulata and 5 different types of P. Ostreatus). During the winter time I kept them indoor and fed with all kind of cellulose-based household waste and when the spring came i let them out to thrive on something tastier - logs, straw, wood-chips and garden scraps at my Berlin-terrace. | ||
