Contemplate A Plant

Description

Sit or lie comfortably before a plant and observe it closely. Close your eyes and begin to listen to the sounds around you. Then open your eyes and contemplate: the plant, yourself and the space between. Not any sensations, thoughts and feelings that might arise.
