Contemplate A Plant
Description
- Sit or lie comfortably before a plant and observe it closely.
- Close your eyes and begin to listen to the sounds around you.
- Then open your eyes and contemplate: the plant, yourself and the space between.
- Note any sensations, thoughts and feelings that might arise.
