Use earplugs to screen out the noise around you and go for a walk. Listen to your heartbeat and breathing patterns. While you are walking, look out for a tree that you feel connected to. Go and sit under it. Take your earplugs out. Listen to the tree. Try to to breathe in the same rhythm as the tree breathes.
