  • send an invite to a group of people to join you at a vegetal apéro and bring at least one plant-based drink or finger food
  • create your own drinks and snacks using only plant matter: infusions, juices and cocktails, vegan crackers and pastes, cookies, etc.
  • host the apéro and allow everyone to present their contribution. Try to keep the conversation as much as possible on the topic of plants, growing, gardening, cooking and eating
